This Returns & Refunds Policy applies across the 4More ecosystem, including Pay4More, Bin4More, Bid4More, and Fix4More, unless otherwise stated on a specific listing or platform page.

1) Important Notes

  • Product listings include photos and condition details showing the exact item being sold.
  • Please review item condition, functionality, completeness, and inspection photos (when provided) before purchase.
  • Some items may be sold as-is or final sale depending on channel and condition category.

2) Eligibility for Returns

Returns may be accepted when one of the following applies:

  • You received a different item than the product listing.
  • The item arrived significantly damaged in transit (shipping orders only).
  • A material issue was not disclosed in the listing and is confirmed by our team.

3) Items Not Eligible for Return

  • Items clearly sold as final sale or as-is where stated.
  • Items missing parts or accessories where the listing disclosed incompleteness.
  • Issues consistent with the disclosed condition category (e.g., cosmetic dents/scratches shown in photos).
  • Items damaged due to misuse, improper installation, or customer handling after purchase.

4) Return Window

Return requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery (shipping orders) or within 7 days of pickup (in-store pickup), unless otherwise stated on the listing or platform.

5) Refund Method

  • Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method whenever possible.
  • If the original method is unavailable, an alternative refund method or store credit may be offered.

6) Shipping & Return Costs

  • If a return is approved due to our error (wrong item, undisclosed material issue), return shipping may be covered.
  • For other approved returns, return shipping or handling fees may apply.
